Returns and Exchanges
We will gladly accept returns for store credit!
Customers may return most items in their original packaging with tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a store credit on a gift card.
Some exclusions may apply, see below.
- Pantry and food items are final sale.
- Candles are final sale.
- Cookbooks are final sale.
- ALL HOLIDAY IS FINAL SALE.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if conditions are not met.
If there is an error with your order (i.e. customer received a wrong or defective item), shipping costs will be covered.
Returns cannot be confirmed via phone or email and store credit will not be issued until the item is received.
Customer is responsible for shipping fees to return item(s), and if there is an exchange that needs to be shipped.
Exchanges and returns from the website are welcome to be done in store.

Damaged in Transit Items:
We make sure to carefully package each item to ensure safe transit, however, accidents can happen during transit. If items are damaged, please send images of damaged item(s) and order number to firstname.lastname@example.org to verify order. If item(s) are still in stock, they will be resent to customer. If item(s) are no longer available, we will issue a gift card.
